Bay View Close, Croyde

A perfect holiday home, furnished in a clean modern style and enjoying an excellent location. Set in a quiet private road, only a few minutes walk from the beautiful sands and surf of Croyde beach and a short walk from the pubs, restaurants & shops of this picturesque Devon village. The House is upside down living with a large vaulted open plan living space upstairs, leading to a large balcony. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms; one en-suite, plus a bathroom and garden. The 3rd bedroom has bunks.

Heatherdale is a one of a kind modern beach house with outdoor living at its core. Nestled away on a quiet lane just a few minutes walk Croyde Beach, there's really no better location for a seaside escape! In the secluded garden you'll find two luxurious outdoor heated showers, an impressive cooking area with Egg BBQ and huge rotisserie grill, plus a lovely seating area. Kick back and relax in this light and breezy sanctuary. On the beach side of Braunton, just 2 miles from the fabulous stretch of Saunton Sands it lies on the very edge of the village with its variety of stylish shops, bars and restaurants. For over 20's looking for a super comfortable well-maintained home with private parking, good sized garden with outdoor seating, hammock, lockable bike shed and no passing traffic? Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and a super comfortable bedroom.

Peaceful clifftop house with amazing sea views, that's perfect for families & friends. Step out the front door onto the South West Coastal Path and discover spectacular cliffs, beautiful beaches and woodland walks. 5 min walk to the historic Hartland Quay (and Wrecker's Retreat pub!). 20 min drive to Clovelly. 30 min drive to Bude in Cornwall. Modern Woolacombe house with stunning sea views

Blue Pebbles is a modern two-bedroom split-level house (sleeping 4) with balcony, terrace and magnificent sea views. It is close to all three beaches: Combesgate, Barricane and Woolacombe. Combesgate Beach is almost opposite and it is less than a ten minute walk along the Esplanade, to Woolacombe’s famous beach (voted The Times Beach of the Year 2021). The coastal path is also directly opposite. Blue Pebbles is ideal for couples, families with children and well-behaved dogs.
