Das geräumige Duplex-/Maisonette-Appartement in der antiken Villa Rocchetta in der Schweiz wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und ausgesuchten natürlichen Baustoffen neu renoviert und verfügt über jeden modernen Komfort wie Bodenheizung, Spülmaschine und Internet. Von der großen Terrasse und den drei weiteren kleinen Balkonen aus kann man die herrliche Aussicht auf den Luganersee genießen. Wer schwindelfrei und etwas mutig ist, kann den Panoramablick vom Turm aus bestaunen, der zur Wohnung gehört.

Grazioso e luminoso rustico nel cuore del nucleo di Barico, piccola frazione del Comune di Tresa. L'interno è suddiviso su due piani che comprendono, cucina, tavolo e servizio con doccia. La scala conduce ad un unico spazio con letto e zona relax. Il rustico è orientato verso sud, che garantisce un soleggiamento per tutta la giornata. L'esterno dispone di un grande giardino, in parte condiviso con l’host, attrezzato di tavolo e grill per potersi godere al meglio le giornate estive.

Kavo Maison is immersed in the greenery of Sessa, a small village in Malcantone, only 15KM from Lugano and 10 minutes from Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano. The accommodation offers a double room, a breakfast corner (with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge) and a private bathroom. A second room with a bunk bed and cot is available when booking for 3/4 persons. The accommodation has a private parking space, free wifi, and a large private garden.
