Isgoed is a recently modernised headmaster’s house offering a unique, comfortable space for you to make beautiful memories. The 3 bedroom home is nestled in some of the country’s most stunning landscapes but offers much more with a world famous golf course, spectacular walks from sedate to challenging and top quality climbs. We’re also a mere 10 minute drive from glorious Harlech beach and that’s before we mention zipworld, the steam railways etc! The area really does have something for everyone

Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. That is all before you start to explore the area... If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to come....

Welsh holiday Home with sea and Mountain views

Relax and recharge in our bright two bedroom holiday home in Porthmadog with breathtaking sea, estuary and Mountain Views! Perfectly located just a short walk from the town centre, harbour, beaches and the famous Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland steam railways. Snowdonia National Park is only 10 minutes away and the beautiful Italian-style village of Portmeirion is close by. Enjoy stunning views from the balcony out towards Harlech castle and the mountains. A great base to explore North Wales.

A modern, light & beautifully situated dormer bungalow with two double and one twin bedrooms. Located on wooded hillside in a picturesque village in Snowdonia/Eryri with wonderful views. Scenic walks from house. Only 5 mins drive to Porthmadog with good shops, 10 mins to fabulous beaches at Borth y Gest & Morfa Bychan, 20 mins to Snowdon or Zip World. A few mins walk to a bar-restaurant. Well equipped kitchen, fibre broadband, 50" smart TV, Bluetooth audio, Alexa, washer-dryer, EV charger.

Cosy cottage at the foot of Snowdon

Our cosy cottage is the ideal getaway in the beautiful village of Rhyd Ddu. Garn View is the perfect base for walking the stunning trails of Snowdonia, exploring North and West Wales and at the beginning of the Rhyd Ddu path you couldn't be better positioned to walk Snowdon. If you're just looking to relax, it's perfect for couples who want to enjoy the stunning views of Y Garn and the tranquility of Rhyd Ddu with it's tea shop and local pub serving great food, within walking distance.

Tegfryn is located in the beautiful and unspoilt village of Borth y Gest. The semi-detached house benefits from glorious sea and mountain views and has been awarded a 5 star rating by Visit Wales. Tegfryn sleeps 8 people (plus one cot). There is spacious living accommodation downstairs with a kitchen/ diner, a front lounge, a rear sitting room and a WC. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs; two king (one with en-suite), one twin and one bunk. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs.

Cosy Seaside cottage in central Criccieth

The perfect coastal retreat for couples and families. Recently renovated mid terrace, stone built cottage less than 5 mins walk from the beach and Criccieth High street which boasts a number of excellent restaurants, pubs and shops. The Llyn Peninsula has something to offer all year round from the beaches, spectacular coastal walks, renowned golf courses and plenty more for the family to enjoy! Small well behaved dogs welcome, we kindly ask that they stay downstairs at all times.

A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms Three further bedrooms are located off the sitting room,Criccieth beach and castle are two minutes’ walk away.
