Alternatively, if you fancy a day trip you will find Devon's north & south coasts, Dartmoor, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills all within an hours drive. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful views and easy access to road networks.

A large, cosy rustic 1 room cabin with separate electric shower & toilet, & kitchenette. King size bed. Stunning countryside views, set in a private animal paddock at the top of our garden. Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

Burrow Hill Cottage is a pet friendly Rural property in a very peaceful location in the Blackdown Hills AONB. The perfect getaway to chill and relax. It is approximately 1 mile from Hemyock at the veryend of a no-through road, no passing cars, lots of wildlife, dark skies and footpaths from your door. The Cottage has plenty of character, very spacious rooms with exposed beams, large inglenook fireplace with log burner. Large private sunny south facing garden with decking area. SECURE FOR DOG

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

End Barn

The End Barn is a stylish one-bedroom open-plan apartment, thoughtfully converted from a traditional barn into a modern, comfortable living space, ideal for a short stay in Wellington. Designed with our own family visitors in mind, it offers everything you need for a self-sufficient and relaxing self-catering experience, including dedicated parking. Popular with guests visiting family, wedding attendants, and professionals on short stays, The End Barn provides a welcoming and convenient base.

The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Culmstock Shepherd's Hut

A quiet place, with basic washing facilities & camping toilet. Bathroom, with shower usually available between 8am - 8pm. We offer various amenities, including a barbecue & hammock. There is a small wood burning stove, a double bed and sofa/seating area, & a fridge in the hut. Tea/coffee available. Wifi is okay, but we cannot guarantee it will be available 24/7. Also, although we love children & dogs, it really is not suitable for them as it would be too cramped, perfect for 2 adults!

Beautiful Barn, hot tub, 2-4 people, en-suite

Freshly available from June 2025, Roebuck Barn is a delightful self contained annex to the main barn, enjoying a wood fired hot tub beautifully maintained gardens, scenic views of moorland, green fields and farm surroundings, just 4 miles from Wellington, Somerset. The Barn is a recent conversion which has been finished exceptionally and includes exposed oak beans, flagstone floors, modern appliances and a wood burner. This is perfect accommodation for those that enjoy the countryside.
