You will also have a free private parking space next to the cottage, useful as most of Durham is permit holder parking. Fantastic location to experience Durham - under 10 minutes walk to Durham train station and Durham bus station/City centre, which then leads to the cultural and commercial zones, multiple bars and restaurants. The Annexe, Durham City

This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Located just a few minutes walk from the railway station, the bus station and the restaurants, shops and bars of the city centre. You will have your own entrances front and rear. The lodge is extremely cosy with impressive countryside views. Hot tub and other extras can be added onto booking (see additional notes) It has a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living space that opens onto private decking with wood fired hot tub, outdoor shower (summer months only July and August) , al fresco dining, BBQ and firepit. There is an extremely large comfy king bed on the mezzanine with en-suite /shower.

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.
