The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

The cottage has panoramic sea views of the harbour & pendennis castle. What sets this cottage aside from others is the fact it is located just yards from the town centre but has no road or cars Immediately to the front or rear, giving guests a real sense of privacy. Farm experience stay. Sole use of an adapted stable and pod. The stable can sleep 4 with double and 2 singles the pod a further two with singles. Please bring your own bedding. Shared shower and toilets No electric. This is an ideal place just to get away for a night or two There is a picnic table and bbq area outside the bell tent/pod. Small kitchen shed. It is on a small holding with ponies, horses, donkeys, poultry all of which can be seen daily. In walking distance of a beach.

Place to contemplate, 10 mins drive from beaches.

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

Our mobile home is set on our smallholding which sits in the Tamar Valley it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are lovely walks and amazing views. There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks

Cozy shepherds hut with log burner and hot tub

Get cozy in our beautiful shepherds hut with panoramic views and a wood fired hot tub. Named after the Buzzards that soar above, the Buzzards hut is a peaceful retreat with views over the open countryside. Both coasts are a short drive away, the parish of Wendron where Porkellis is situated is steeped in a rich mining heritage and there is a 7 mile circular walk on our doorstep. Dogs allowed, fully fenced.
