The Garden Studio Sunny, stylish private suite

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

A lovely Modern, Light & cosy self contained Annex with a king bed, large en suite & breakfast supplies Adjoining our coastal family home yet private with its own entrance. Free parking space directly outside on private driveway. Newlyn/Penzance beach, harbour & coast path a 3-4 minute walk down hill with Art galleries, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs & an independent cinema. Penzance Town with a Marina, Island Ferry & Train/bus station is an beautiful 25 min walk along Penzance seafront

Farmhouse annexe with home-cooked breakfast

Self contained bed & breakfast accommodation on a farm surrounded by Bodmin Moor countryside. The one bedroom annexe, our only guest room, is next to the farmhouse with its own entrance, large bedroom/sitting area with tea & coffee making facilities and modern bathroom. A cosy retreat for couples chilling after a day exploring the North Cornwall area. An inclusive Cornish breakfast is served in the farmhouse next door, and there's two great country pubs nearby. One well behaved dog welcome.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Seascape apartment is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony. The Garden Studio is a large private studio/flat ringed with windows with en suite bathroom, kitchenette with patio and garden - everything you need to be self contained during your stay. The studio is the G/F end of our house with its own access . Located in the centre of Blisland with a green, church, a shop/post office with cafe & award winning pub, a short stumble away. We are on the edge of Bodmin moor with miles of views, walks & wild ponies, only a mile from the Camel Trail.

Twin or double room near Sea Front

Your accommodation is a totally self-contained first floor landing consisting only of your room (arranged as twin beds or a double as you prefer) and your bathroom. Your own private access is through the front garden to the front door, short hallway and stairs up to your accommodation. There is a key safe for easy self check-in. WiFi access. Breakfast hamper included. Near to bus, train and Isles of Scilly transport. Ideal for coast path walkers, as near sea front and coast path.

Chapel Amble Lodge

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

You're guaranteed a warm welcome on arriving at the quiet hamlet of Tregoodwell, set in the heart of beautiful North Cornwall. Minutes from Roughtor on Bodmin Moor, 'Gwynnardh' has a private snug area leading into a luxury double bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom (no shower). It is an ideal year round base for couples and solo travellers, walkers, cyclists, surfers, nature lovers, and anyone interested in the locations of Doc Martin and Poldark.

Cosy cottage in St Ives

10 Sandows Lane is a quintessential, cosy and traditional stone cottage. Situated in a pedestrian area and this quiet lane is just a short 10 minute walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants and galleries along with the sandy beaches and other attractions that St Ives has to offer. This cottage is an ideal base for exploring St Ives and beyond. We happily welcome up to 2 pets but please note the space limitations of the cottage.
