Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Auf Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke!

Le logement est situé dans un quartier sécurisé et très paisible. Le logement est spacieux et l’AC dans la chambre était agréable par cette chaleur. Logement à 10 min du centre, pratique. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Santa Ana. Cependant, il fait très chaud dans le reste de la maison. Il faut aussi tenir compte que la couleur de la façade a changé et n’est plus celle de la couleur de la photo actuelle.

Muy satisfecho con el apartamento, cómodo y limpio, el lugar es tranquilo y especialmente muy bien ubicado, con restaurantes, centro comercial, supermercado cera (podes ir caminando). Además el punto es excelente para visitar diferentes lugar del El Salvador.

Super quick response from host. The house was amazing and my grandmother loved it. There was only one ac by the kitchen but it was so strong we barely used it and they had fans in all rooms. They also had a medicine which we ended up using some. Place was super clean. Area is super safe and quiet. Market it a couple of blocks away. Hospitals are a couple of blocks away.

Rebeca was so helpful and easy to deal with. The apartment was immaculately clean, would definitely recommend.

Queremos expresar nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a Gerardo y su esposa por recibirnos nuevamente en su acogedor estudio. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y, desde entonces, sentimos que hemos encontrado nuestro pequeño hogar fuera de casa. El espacio está impecablemente cuidado, con cocina equipada, refrigeradora, lavadora, secadora y todos los utensilios necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Su ubicación también es ideal, cerca de todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Pero lo más valioso de este lugar no es solo lo físico, sino el calor humano que Gerardo y su esposa transmiten. Su amabilidad, respeto y atención al detalle hacen la diferencia. Son gestos sinceros, hechos de corazón, que hoy en día escasean en un mundo donde muchos hospedajes se han vuelto fríos y automatizados. Aquí, en cambio, uno se siente verdaderamente bienvenido. Nos sentimos en familia. Gracias, de verdad, por seguir manteniendo viva la esencia de lo que significa hospedarse.

Bonito lugar y muy bien ubicado el lugar muy limpio definitivamente me volveria a quedar.

Bonito lugar. Iluminacion adecuada. Climatizacion buena. Lugar limpio, ordenado, amplio. Buenas disponibilidad de utensilios (toallas, papel, sabanas, de cocina, agua). Sin problemas para ingresar en garita y en la casa.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb in Santa Ana! The host was very communicative and made everything easy. The house is modern, clean, and has all the necessary amenities like WiFi, TV, A/C, and a washer & dryer, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s a short ride to the Santa Ana historical center and about an hour from the volcano. Would definitely recommend!

We booked a short stay here and it was a wonderful home! The home is very spacious and perfect for traveling with a family. We had lots of luggage with us and it was very easy to get in and out of the home with it. Even though the home is in a neighborhood, the home felt private and peaceful.

Gerardo is very responsive to any questions, friendly and helpful. The condo is very comfortable with ample storage and there are two plazas within walking distance for groceries, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, hair and nail salons and weekend vendors! Be sure to download the most popular app (starts with W) before you go as that is the best communication method, also Uber, InDrive and PedidosYa (delivery by moto) as that will be helpful! We enjoyed having the lovely sliding doors wide open rather than A/C most of the time and, we loved the parks and walking paths surrounding the complex with birds and flowers, or strolling across the bridge to the plaza area. The people are awesome and we made some good friends while we were there! We would definitely recommend this condo, even though it is a pet friendly complex, and we would return!

Apartamento convenientemente ubicado en Santa Tecla y dentro de un condominio seguro y agradable. El espacio es funcional y la decoración es acogedora. Antes de la llegada para registro recomiendo pasar comprando suficiente agua potable para beber, cocinar o hacer hielo porque en el apartamento no la encontrará.

I’ve stayed in the same building before, different apartments, Miguel’s apartment covered all my needs while staying there, I’d stay there again

We had a great experience. The building access and security is on point, Manuel is proactive and clear, and the unit was immaculate.

Martha is a wonderful host. She was very responsive and friendly. Martha’s place is outstanding. It’s in a perfect location. The complex is in a quiet zone and has beautiful views of the city volcano. You can walk around the community for exercise or walk to any of its nearby restaurants. The home has all the amenities you’ll need. It’s very clear Martha has put a lot of effort to the small details. The rooms have A/Cs which is really nice on hot days. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with access to restaurants, downtown, or day trips to the beach.
