There is also a gentle slope to the lake, No Steps!! Or you can use the graveled driveway that takes you right to the dock. Not too many homes on Norris Lake have such easy access to the lake. This is our home away from home and if you decide to stay at Lake Effect, we hope you love it as much as we do.

This relaxing lakefront home is located in a quiet cove on Norris Lake and features a Private dock, movie theater, game table and retro gaming system with over 600 games. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, two gathering spaces, three large, covered decks, a large fire pit, and a driveway with enough room for your vehicles or trailer. Lakefront - This rental is the new addition to our home. It has its own private entrance, your private great room, Master ensuite with huge walk in shower. There is a Queen size bed in the great room that would be perfect for extra guest. This part of our home is separated from our own personal living space by a sliding barn door that will be latched for your privacy. Although we will be in the main part of the home we want you to enjoy your time and enjoy Norris Lake.

Serenity Cove 3 Bedroom Home on Secluded Cove

3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018 with all new furnishings installed Fall of 2020. Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. The yard includes a fire pit and a picnic table located in a small grove to keep cool in the summer heat. Located near Lakeview Marina in Sharps Chapel.

Norris Lake - Kimbo’s Kabin

You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent a pontoon boat. Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. WIFI only as an $ add on. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am

Tiny Floating Cabin on Norris Lake!

Reconnect with nature and adventure at this unique escape literally floating on beautiful Norris lake. You must have your own vessel to access this space. Boat, PWC,kayak/canoe/paddle board. Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
