The apartment is situated in the top floor of a house located in a beautiful and very peaceful part of island Čiovo,only 10 meters from the sea with private beach.Image of shower,sun beds,sun umbrellas for guests only.Possible to tie up the boat in front of the beach. The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. It contains: two bedrooms, two bathroom ,apartment has a SMART TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, fireplace and is equipped with several air conditioning, Internet access (WIFI) and satellite televisions.Back of the house there is a large barbecue table and chairs and a playground for children. Distance from the market is 300m, big sandy beach with lot's of bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes by car and it takes only 10 minutes driving to town Trogir.Nearest restaurant is 10 minutes walk from the apartment by the guests (for example, airport and road)We offer car rental service. Villa Zen is located in Okrug Gornji, a small village on the island Čiovo next to the city of Trogir. Trogir is a well-known town for its rich city life and cultural heritage.The location of the villas is truly ideal,as the villa is situated very close to Trogir but still away enough from the hustle of a busy city so you can enjoy the peace and truly relax. Villa is situated around 300m from the sea and features a modern contemporary design and was decorated with love and attention to detail.
