Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. A contemporary basement conversion offers a luxurious stay in the heart of South Devon. The perfect base for exploring the town, coastal path and the beautiful beaches of the South Hams. The suite is located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian house on Fore Street, the main shopping street in Kingsbridge. The cafes, deli, fishmonger, baker and much more are just a couple of minute's walk away. The beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are less than 15 mins drive away.

The Piggery at Oldaway

The Piggery is a self contained converted Pigstye in the grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding near to Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The light and airy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and good sized shower room. With underfloor heating throughout it is open all year round. The property is all on one level and has some disabled facilities. There is easy private parking and guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden and to visit the smallholding and orchards

Set amongst fields, just up the road from the lovely village of Bantham, with The Sloop Inn and village shop, and perfectly located for the amazing beaches of Bantham, Thurlestone and Bigbury-On-Sea, as well as for exploring Hope Cove, Burgh Island, Salcombe, Dartmouth and the amazing coastline of the South Hams, not to forget beautiful Dartmoor.
