The annexe is a combined lounge bedroom, kitchen/dining area,en-suite, double bed and large sofa bed.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful rural barn conversion with 2 bedrooms and 2 King size beds. There is off Street Parking for 2 cars. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead outside at all times as there are sheep and chickens right next to the property, Although it is a bungalow. There are steps down to the house from the parking Message for 1 night booking we may be able to accommodate . Please note there is a glamping pod next door that may be rented out

The Sweethills Shed

The Sweethills Shed is a tranquil getaway space with expansive views over rolling countryside as far as the eye can see. There is a covered outdoor living space for outdoor dining, or just relaxing to soak in the view. The shed is located in it's own secluded space within the expansive garden of the owner's property. Feel free to stay within your own secluded space for privacy or you're more than welcome to explore the larger garden areas.

Butterley Bank Farm - Swift Cottage

Swift Cottage is a barn conversion attached to our family home. Converted in 2021 and located on a small holding with horses, dogs and cats. A rural retreat with lovely countryside and amazing views. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. The area offers a wide range of places to visit and things to do.

The Chapel - A Hidden Gem with Private Pool & Bar

The Chapel is set in a tranquil rural location in the heart of Staffordshire’s countryside. The property is ideal for family and friends to relax and enjoy the Pool and Sauna and then finish off cocktails at the bar and then snuggle up and watch a movie. The Property is within easy access of the M6 and a short into Stone Town Centre which has lovely bars and restaurants. Moodershall Oaks Spa is close by to book a relaxing massage.

They can be rented individually or together so are an ideal central location in UK for family get-togethers & exploring. Peaceful rural setting, but with easy access to Alton Towers and the Peak District . They have been assessed by Visit Britain as 4 star accommodation.
