In the heart of the Ruby Country we are ideally positioned for a wonderful holiday exploring both Devon & Cornwall. Bude is just 15 mins away with beautiful sandy beaches, rugged coast line & coastal walk, surfing, sea pool, canal, shops & places to eat. Explore Dartmoor, picturesque villages such as Boscastle, Tintagel, Padstow & Clovelly, or a trip to Lundy. An ideal stay if you love walking, cycling, swimming or to just relax & unwind with a coffee, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

THE GOLLY GOSH ! A stunning log cabin

The Golly Gosh log cabin has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite shower rooms. The open plan living space includes a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The lounge area has a log stove and TV. The veranda has a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The cabin is in a separate, self contained garden with additional seating, barbecue and a fire pit. There is also a private 4 person HOT TUB. We are a 20 minute drive from beautiful Bude. Please note the cabin is pet free.

The Old Smithy - whole house

The Old Smithy offers spacious accommodation over 2 floors. Features include a large sunny secluded garden, driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, a spacious patio with outdoor dining area and an outhouse for storing outdoor gear / drying wetsuits etc. A great location for exploring North Devon/Cornwall. 10 miles from the award-winning coastal town of Bude, with access to the SW Coastal Path and the superb beaches of North Cornwall/Devon. 20 miles from the stunning scenery of North Dartmoor.

Beautiful Houseboat on private lakeside retreat

A secluded private lake, alive with ducks, coots, moorhens and kingfishers. Deer, hares, foxes and badgers share this unique rural idyl with you. The property consists of three beautiful spaces - a lakeside wide beam barge with summerhouse on the shore and a floating studio. All three woven together into one deeply peaceful waterside retreat. Nine miles to the Atlantic, twenty miles to Dartmoor National Park. This is somewhere special to properly disappear and leave everything behind you.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

Enjoy the twin shower together or relax in the superking bed with pure wool duvet and pillows and relaxed, cosy pure linen. NB at present there is other works on the farm hence the reduced price of this gorgeous barn conversion. The other works will not affect your stay in the actual barn, or the peace and quiet.

The Barn is located in the middle of a beautiful 50 acre grassland farm just outside the market town of Holsworthy and just 15 to 20 mins drive from the amazing beaches at Bude. It sleeps 2 persons with plenty of space and comfort. Living areas are made for relaxing, kitchen modern and fully equipped, bedroom cosy, bathroom fully tiled, clean and fresh. Perfect for couples looking for that extra special West Country holiday. This home is not suitable for children or infants.

Self-contained 2-bedroom accom. -great location

Ideal spot for some tranquility, Burnham Belle Vue is a ground-floor accommodation with exquisite far-reaching views over a lake and pastures with cows and sheep grazing. With its own entrance, it has a spacious conservatory and kitchen with cooking and dining facilities including a dishwasher and fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the bathroom. Both double bedrooms, one of which can be converted to a twin room, have stunning views over the valley.

Jubilee Cottage - peaceful rural hideaway

We are situated in a rural 'cul-de-sac', we have an old Georgian Farmhouse set up as a traditional B&B, with a couple of our other buildings converted into holiday lets. Our chickens and pigs make the most noise round here, especially if they think you are going to say hello. You can get lost in the local countryside, or jump in your car and be at the beach in 20 minutes. There is no Deliveroo or Uber, we are an escape from the hustle and bustle of Town.

West Wing of Secluded Farmhouse w/ Glorious Views

Owl's Retreat is the two story, self contained westerly wing of our secluded farmhouse surrounded by farmland. It is full of character with stone walls, oak beams and a large cathedral window in the master bedroom. There are far reaching views throughout. It is the perfect base to explore North Devon countryside & nearby Cornwall beaches. Come back, relax and unwind, enjoy the sunset in the garden or a movie in front of the log burning stove.

The Lodge

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. If you would like a peaceful setting with outside space and stunning views then The Lodge is the place for you. There is a hot tub to relax in and take in the views . It has a kitchen with all you need to cook a meal if you want to stay in or places to eat out if preferred. Beach within 15mins or lovely walks or cycling nearby.
