This is the second of Ali’s places I’ve stayed in and it’s just as perfect. I travel at lot with my job and would say this bed is one of THE most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The location and the apartment block itself is perfect if you’re bringing your dog with you. I’m currently looking to buy in Plymouth and I like the location and Ali’s place so much I’m now looking in this location for myself. Ali is really communicative and friendly and all instructions and details were perfectly clear. Having stayed in other spots in Plymouth (when Ali’s hasn’t been available), I’d also say this is one of the best value places to stay in the city.

Pauline was a lovely host and ensured we were well looked after. The accomadation was quiet and comfortable with great views, outside space and a fab bed and shower. The cake was also delicious. This is a great place to stay if you’re considering a trip to Salcombe. Definitely try breakfast at the Salcombe coffee shop.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, and relaxing even though in the center of town. The garden is large, serene, and lovely. We were there as flowers and trees were beginning to bloom. We definitely recommend this place for one or two people and would stay again if in the area.

We had a peaceful few days here. The place is modern with all equipment we need to a high standard. You can tell that thought and care has gone into the design of the place. The bedroom and bathroom are particular highlights due to the spaciousness. Very clean throughout. Would recommend for a place to stay.

Have stayed at Kerry's place a number of times, couldn't recommend it enough. Really nice and quiet place that is always comfortable and well looked after.

Lovely stay, friendly hosts. You can walk into the town easily. We were made to feel very welcome which was lovely. The place had everything we needed and more, was home from home. Would definitely happily recommend.

Very pleasant, tatefully furnished & well equipped apartment, perfectly situated opposite the quay, so ideal for walkable access to the town. Very comfortable bed, & warm in the apartment for our stay in March. Very helpful and clear instructions from the host. There isn’t an allocated parking space, so you will need to find non- restricted, on-street parking nearby. Not a problem for us in March, during busier times you may need to use the car park directly across the street. A very enjoyable stay and would use again

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

This is a fantastic place to stay for a family celebration - ours was for our son's 21st. It is a super house that is spacious and very well equipped, in a fantastic location. All the rooms were well presented with the bedrooms as good as most top-end hotels with dressing gowns and quality bathroom supplies. The kitchen was also very well-equipped and set up for those who really want to self-cater as a "master chef". If you don't want to cook Joyce provided us with a number of local recommendations. We celebrated with a Birthday Lunch at The Sardine Factory where the fish in particular was "epic"! The close proximity to the beach and dog walks along the coastal path was brilliant for our labrador to be able to run free and make a number of new friends! A baby gate was provided to ensure he didn't wander from the ground floor when back at the house. We didn't use all the facilities, but were very happy to stay in this fabulous house with a great host! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Clifford and Mary were the perfect host with a beautiful home. The property had everything we needed to meet our needs. It was spotless and well maintained. The property itself is set in a beautiful location just a stones throw away from a selection of little beach coves. We spent quite a few days with our children enjoying the beach, searching for sea glass which is there in abundance. It's als close to Plymouth which provides plenty of options to explore Devon and Cornwall. There's a lovely pub just down the road from the property which provides excellent food and a great local vibe. Clifford and Mary made our family honeymoon the perfect week away. Thanks so much 😁

We loved staying at Kevin’s and Jess’ place! The flat looks great, it’s spacious and pristine. Would highly recommend!

This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Great communication. Clean flat, easy check in and parking included. Everything as expected and no issues at all.

Beautiful flat - clean and with lovely decor - overlooking the estuary. Balcony off the sitting room has table and chairs to sit outside. Next door to a great pub Crabshell Inn and only short walk into Kingsbridge. We went to Start Point and Salcombe too. Would definitely come back again, Paul, Helen, Hannah and William
