Characterful and Homely Clara's Cottage, Looe

Clara's cottage is a beautiful grade II listed fisherman's cottage on West Looe Hill. Built early 1800's it is quaint and full of character. Situated just 3 minutes stroll from the harbour and 8 minutes to the beach with fantastic restaurants, pubs & shops all within walking distance. All your needs are catered for within the cottage with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats for 4, home from home living area. For those rainy days we have a selection of games, books and DVDs.

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

April Cottage is located in Milton Combe (meaning 'middle valley') a quiet Devonian village dating back to 1249. An idyllic rural bolthole within a wooded valley located close to the Devon and Cornwall border, ideally situated to explore the whole of the Westcountry. 2 miles from Yelverton (local shops) and 8 miles from Plymouth. The choice is yours to relax around the wood-burning stove, escape to the wilds of Dartmoor and beyond or enjoy a local cider in the 16th-century pub opposite.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

White-washed walls, characterful beams, newly renovated and well modernised with everything you might need for a self-catering holiday. We welcome dogs to the cottage. Character cottage with all the home comforts located a short level walk from the beautiful historic town of Tavistock. Russell Cottage has been recently and extensively renovated to a high standard. This is a perfect base to explore the South West and Dartmoor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room. A beautiful bathroom with a clawfoot bath and a separate wet room shower, and two bedrooms (1 single). Please note, there are no laundry facilities.
