Berge, Strandbad, Tennis, Golf, Läden (Coop und Migros), Restaurants und Bahnhof sind weinige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Samstagmarkt in Ponte Tresa (IT) ist in 5 Minuten per ÖV oder Auto, Luino in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.
