Cosy Coastal Shepherd's Hut near Veryan, Cornwall

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this tranquil place. We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Sunnyside

Sunnyside is a delightful, bright and airy, dog friendly, holiday home, with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen that opens onto a private patio that is a real suntrap in the summer. The bedroom is spacious and there is a separate utility room and a shower / wet room. This is the perfect spot for a couple on a budget or anyone with limited access as the property is all on the level. Veryan is in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula and is only a short drive or a nice walk from the stunning

Little House on the Roseland

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

Set on its own with far reaching views across the beautiful Roseland countryside, Cow Parsley Cottage is a superbly equipped, dog-friendly, luxury barn conversion on The Roseland Peninsula for up to 2 adults. It has underfloor heating, woodburner and two luxurious outdoor baths from where you can lie back and watch the stars. it is only a 15-minute walk to pretty sandy beaches, delightful beach cafes and cosy traditional pubs. Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry.

Why not spoil the person you love by staying in this renovated traditional Cornish cottage with amazing uninterrupted views out to sea? You couldn’t be any closer without getting wet! Picturesque Portloe has been used in many films and TV dramas including About Time, Camomile Lawn and Poldark. You have the SW Coast Path right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively, just relax, & enjoy a glass of wine!

An Bowgy (little shack ) is a single storey cabin style building located behind the village store in the ancient village of Veryan . A great place from which to start your exploration of the Roseland Penninsula and the rest of cornwall. The local pub is a mere stumble down the road. There are wonderful coastal and country walks , just minutes away from An Bowgy. Our beaches Pendower & Carne are just over a mile away ,when the tide is out it becomes one beach .

Shepherd's Hut Gorran Haven, Panoramic Ocean Views

A beach-style Shepherd's hut situated right on the cliffs edge with breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. Wake up to the sound of the sea and enjoy breakfast out on the deck! The hut features a well-equipped kitchen and small dining area ideal for meals for two, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Granary Annexe - Beautiful views out to sea.

A beautiful detached annexe set in the garden with your own entrance and wonderful views out to sea. Near Heligan Gardens and within walking distance to Hemmick beach and the South West coastal path. Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.
