New, cozy and well designed apartment with an amazing garden overlooking the lake! Located 10 minutes walk from Bellagio’s city centre, the pearl of Lake Como. Chill and sip a glass of wine sitting on the sunchairs while contemplating the lake and Pescallo, the ancient fisherman village. The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
