The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . The Mill is at the heart of Avon Mill Garden Centre and the home of Avon Mill Cafe - makers of the best 'Devon Cream Teas'!

Middle Cottage - Peaceful location with garden

Middle Cottage sits in the village of tranquil Cornworthy. Out of the way of the tourist trail, this is a peaceful spot even in the height of the summer. 200-year-old Middle Cottage has been entirely renovated. Solid woods and crisp whites, and with painted and exposed stone walls, its modern living meets age-old character. There are gardens front and back, and views across the rolling countryside. The refurbished inn is close to hand, and it’s walking distance to two brilliant waterside pubs.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

Set in a private garden on our 30-acre farm, the yurt has everything you need for a perfect holiday. 3 miles from the beautiful South Devon coast and easy access to local amenities. The yurt is furnished comfortably with kitchen, dining, seating and sleeping areas, has electricity & a wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped. Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

Sea Thrift is completely off grid and is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty by Blackpool Sands, on the South West Coast Path. It lies on the edge of the village of Stoke Fleming.
