This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

The studio flat is located on the lower ground floor of our home, accessible via external steps. This private space has it's own entrance/exit, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge space and double bed.
