Highly recommended! The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. Liz is the perfect host, very communicative and welcoming. The location is just perfect with beautiful views over the Harbour, The Manor pub is extremely local and so friendly, there are many other pubs and restaurants around the Harbour. we particularly like The Mermaid for live music and cocktails. The Prince William pub is just across the Harbour and their Sunday dinners are amazing! Thank you Liz we will be back, we love Brixham!

Great location on the Edge of main square but quiet right next a manor park with a great cafe 10 min walk to beach Flat spotless , nice and warm Great place to stay

Beautiful flat - clean and with lovely decor - overlooking the estuary. Balcony off the sitting room has table and chairs to sit outside. Next door to a great pub Crabshell Inn and only short walk into Kingsbridge. We went to Start Point and Salcombe too. Would definitely come back again, Paul, Helen, Hannah and William

Paul was so responsive to my endless questions and made my first stay in salcombe very warm and welcoming! The apartment is modern and in a fantastic location. Holidaying with our 1 year old and dog was easy and Paul made lots of adjustments to make our stay even easier. Thank you!

Where can I start other than with the VIEW ! It is truly spectacular, with panoramic views across the harbour and the balcony was such a lovely place for us to make the most of the lovely weather we had during our stay. The rest of the apartment is equally special and has a real ‘high end’ feel. It is very spacious throughout with super comfy beds & a well equipped kitchen. Also well located for some lovely walks around the bay and plenty of lovely places to eat and drink too. The underground parking is a little ‘tight’ shall we say and we actually parked on the road to the rear of the property which worked fine for us. Certainly somewhere we would love to return to in the near future !

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

Thank you Nia! We had a lovely stay in Totnes. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bathroom was spotless! We had a lovely walk to Ashsprington and had lunch in The Durant which is highly recommended! The sausage and mash was amazing. Wonderful place, will stay again 😊

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s apartment this weekend which was exactly as we’d hoped - nicely decorated, clean and in a great location… just a short walk to the town and harbour. Mia has been the perfect host, very friendly with good communication. We would love to return to this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Matthew was a fantastic host, extremely prompt with his reply clear instructions and plenty of recommendations. the apartment was better than the pictures. beautifully decorated, with so much space. Location is in the heart of the town so perfect for a seaseaside break in a Teignmouth. We will definitely be booking again!

Chris was the perfect host who met us upon arrival to furnish us with plenty of helpful recommendations. Great studio which is perfectly located for exploring Salcombe along with the added benefit of off-road parking. Would 100% stay again when next in the area.

A lovely, comfortable place to stay, with everything you need and in a great location, close to the beach as well as the town centre, but quiet as well. And best of all, the flat has super views of the Estuary and the spectacular sunsets. Jennifer is a great host, helpful and friendly. We've had a very relaxing break, and definitely hope to be back. Highly recommend.

Great accommodation for visiting Brixham and surrounding areas. An easy walk into Brixham. Nice parking space on driveway. Sophie greeted us on arrival . We had a problem not being able to get the TV to turn on, but Sophie was very proactive, ordering a new replacement TV.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 4o iful apartment

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We had an amazing few days at Caroline’s caravan and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday with lots to do near by. The caravan itself was clean and had all of the amenities needed. The location was excellent as it was a stones throw from the swimming pool which pleased our oldest immensely! Caroline herself was super communicative and was easily reachable when we needed her. A fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.

Excellent place, well equipped, they have well thought out the accommodation and a very nice few extras as we stayed over Christmas - thank you for that, very much appreciated. Loved it, a lovely, peaceful break with our two small dogs, plenty of space to walk them both and a pooh bin was present too in the grounds. Pool and Snooker fab. Thanks.
