The Annex is totally self contained and close to the beach Welcombe Mouth, in a very quiet and beautiful part of the world just on the border between North Devon and Cornwall. At our doorstep you will find the South West Coastal path leading you along stunning coastal views & ancient landmarks, as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea to enjoy hikes & cycle rides. The beautiful beaches of Sandymouth, Bude and Widemouth Bay are close attracting surfers all year around.

This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Stable Cottage is a stunning, newly renovated two bedroom cottage at Tinney Waters - it is light and airy and we are happy to accept up to 4 dogs free of charge. We are situated close to the village of Pyworthy. We are only 10 miles from Bude's amazing, sandy, dog friendly beaches too - great for surfing! Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.
