The Eaves @ Cleavewood House is a newly renovated property in Lynbridge, Lynton. The apartment is secluded in the Lyn Valley overlooking the West Lyn river within Exmoor National Park, we are a 15 minute walk to the center of Lynton. The apartment has open plan living with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms The Eaves is perfect for exploring Exmoor National Park renowned for its wildlife, dark sky reserve, harbour, restaurants and pubs. Lynton and Lynmouth has something for everyone.

Essentially a room in a house, the guest suite is far more than that -a small, self-contained private space which includes bedroom, bathroom, lobby + breakfast/snack bar & enclosed porch. The nearest shops/pubs are 10mins drive from the 200yr old Heather Cottage & the quiet village of Shirwell. You have parking, a space to hang wet suits & store surf boards, and secure storage for bikes. Close to Barnstaple amenities & the Tarka Trail; the SW Coast Path; North Devon beaches & beautiful Exmoor.

The accommodation has its' own private entrance hall. With a shower room off the hallway, a door leads through to a kitchenette, leading upstairs to a large light, airy attic room, with a double bed and a single day bed. The room is perfect for a couple, 3 friends or a couple with one child. Linen and towels are provided. There is on street parking opposite the house. There are outside chairs. Situated in the village of Northam, it is a short drive to the beach and close to the SW coast path .

Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Private annex nr Woolacombe with use of beach kit!

The Combe is a coast and country escape. It is a self-contained annex, part of our family house accessed from a 12 step external staircase. Located in the picturesque village of West Down, 4 miles from the surfing beach of Woolacombe and a short drive to Croyde and Ilfracombe Harbour. The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the Coast path and Exmoor.

"Rue Paul Bert" Light and cheerful annex

This is a newly decorated, spacious, clean, modern room with its own private entrance through patio doors. A luxurious double bed, wall mounted smart TV and plenty of drawers and hanging space, coupled with a comfortable sitting area including 2 chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge make this an ideal base for your visit to North Devon. A large en-suite wet room adds to the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of ‘Rue Paul Bert’ which is close to the centre of the village.

The River Loft is a unique loft conversion set in peaceful location of Braunton. Part of our home, The River Loft provides a unique private space (with internal lockable door), offering bed & DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th century parish church, The Loft is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

The village has two great pubs and Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches are very close.
