This lovely house, formerly the home of society shoe designer, Oliver Sweeney, sits at the top of the quaint hilltop village of Hennock, near Bovey Tracey. With distant views over the valley and beyond, the enormous and fully fenced garden is sheltered, private and very secluded, and has many Mediterranean plants including palm trees, olives and figs. And if the weather isn't beautiful enough for sunbathing, the sitting room has a massive CuddleMuffin sofa, flat screen TV and wood burning stove.

Lustleigh is one of the prettiest villages on Dartmoor with a village shop and great pub. It’s an idyllic spot with beautiful walks of all sizes from the doorstep, and Dartmoor National Park - one of the UK's last great wildernesses.

The Barn is a beautiful 2 bed accommodation with upside down living in a quiet rural village with exceptional views over the valley. There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Cromwell Retreat is ideally located in the middle of Bovey Tracey, the gateway to Dartmoor and Capital of Craft. A wide range of fabulous eateries, small supermarkets and independent stores. The cottage itself is light and spacious. A large sitting room with seating for up to 5 people. An adjacent kitchen diner plus utility and downstairs loo. Stairs lead up to 3 beautiful double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms. Outside a courtyard for Al fresco dining and designated car space.

Little White House provides compact self-contained accommodation in a fantastic location in the Dartmoor National Park; and yet just 5 miles from the A38 (Exeter 15 miles away) We think you’ll find Little White House very quiet and restful... some days more horses than cars pass by the house! Although we are in a very rural location, facilities are close to hand, including a well stocked community shop just a mile away and a high quality pub/restaurant just 300 metres away.

This lovely self contained wooden chalet (The Roadhouse) is set in a quiet rural location near Bovey Tracey with stunning views over the fields to Dartmoor. Surrounded by 100 acres of nature reserve, home to many rare species, a nature lovers paradise. There are some great pubs nearby, Exeter is 20 minutes, 10 miles to the sea and close to Dartmoor, Ashburton and Newton Abbot. Heated by a woodburner. Very cosy. I'm afraid we don't take children under 13.

The Nook is a romantic luxury cottage providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of Bovey Tracey, nestled on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Easy to access from the A38 and well connected, which makes this the perfect base to visit the moors, sea, or Cities (Plymouth or Exeter). The cottage has two friendly pubs within 100 yards of the front door and a number of local shops and amenities for you to explore. Not suitable for children and elderly.

Dairy Cottage

Dairy Cottage is part of the original Warmleigh farmhouse, with foundations dating back over 800 years. Once the farm’s dairy, it was renovated in the early 1900s and is now a charming two-bed flat with modern amenities. It features a small private garden with panoramic views of Devon’s countryside and wilderness. Located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, it offers a peaceful escape with plenty of scenic walks nearby.
