Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Newton Hall Farm cottage on our working farm; idyllic if you like mooing, and twit twoos (resident barn owl opposite). It’s mainly quiet, with a good-sized private, south facing garden with views of fields behind, with access to country walks. The farm is your neighbour and you are in the countryside with all that goes with it. Hot tub on the patio with plenty of space for barbequing. Fenced garden, safe for small children and dogs. Off road parking (2 cars max). Free WiFi.

You'll experience a truly magical stay in the heart of nature. This hut is stylish and was thoughtfully built on site. With privacy in mind, you'll feel as though you're here all by yourselves, surrounded by the breath-taking panoramic views of the Ribble Valley and Pendle Hill. Relax and unwind in your own private wood fired hot tub under the twinkling fairy lights and warm glow of the fire pit, with both inside and outdoor seating areas. ​

This stylishly furnished, bright and modern 1 bedroom former beamed hayloft offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for a couple close to Williamson Park and the Yorkshire Dales. French doors open from the living area onto a private patio and garden area with a circular Summer house overlooking the extensive gardens. The property has private parking and is conveniently situated on the edge of Lancaster.

On arrival at The Lodge, you will be welcomed by a complimentary bottle of wine (for stays of 2 nights and above) and snacks to enjoy on your own private patio whilst admiring the perfect setting. Relax on the cushioned garden furniture, wrapped in a cosy blanket under the stars whilst stoking up the fire pit (logs can be purchased at the venue) and enjoying some music from the Bluetooth speaker.

A self-catering treehouse with double sofa bed and amazing views across our working hill farm and surrounding area. Chill in the hammock under the tree, relax next to the fire pit or cosy up in bed under the duvet. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional fee (£42).
