With its own private entrance (accessed through the owner's back garden), the property comprises a double bedroom, bonus mezzanine area, bunk room, kitchen/diner & shower room. Recently refurbished. Ideal location for all that Devon has to offer.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Quirky, comfortable, converted Chapel

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

The Artist's Garret has a bohemian charm which is reflected in the colourful artistic touches throughout, including antique Indian distressed painted doors to the bedroom, plus Indian teak painted columns in the living area and the balustrade above. Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
