Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Moderno uređen apartman s prekrasnim pogledom na more koje se nalazi na svega 80m. Apartman ima dvije spavaće sobe (kreveti 180x200 cm), dnevni boravak sa velikim Lcd TVom i potpuno opremljenu kuhinju (između ostalog ima pećnicu i perilicu posuđa), terasom, te garažom. Na udaljenosti do 100m nalazi se restoran. Najbliža trgovina nalazi se na udaljenosti 500 m, plaža Jazina 700 m. U blizini se nalaze nacionalni parkovi: Nacionalni park Krka (30 km), Nacionalni park Kornati (40 km).

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). If you want to spend your vacation in the nature, in an isolated place, near the sea, yet close to all facilities, the newly renovated fisherman's house 'La Pineta' is the perfect choice for you. It is located on the island of Murter, far from the village. There is only one other house nearby, about 50 meters away, it is also for rent. The house is reachable by car with a macadam road - there is a private parking 70 meters from the house.
