Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Modern Beach House HOT TUB Sea Views

Newlands is a real home from home, perfect for families: EXTRA LARGE HOTTUB SKY TV/DISNEY+/NETFLIX SMART TVS NESPRESSO VERTUO MACHINE TOYS/BOOKS We provide some lovely local goodies for our guests, along with a bottle of wine to enjoy on arrival. The house is a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach and restaurant, and Shoalstone outdoor pool. A 10 minute walk will take you into the town with its lovely seafood restaurants and cocktail bars. Berry Head nature reserve is a 10 minute walk.

Shrimp Cottage is a tastefully refurbished Grade II Listed Fisherman’s cottage in Brixham’s famed ‘Fish Town’. Designed to provide a distinctive and comfortable space for couples. Tucked back just 150 metres from the wonderful hustle and bustle of the harbour, in the beautiful conservation area, and just a 2 minute walk to the quayside and southwest coastal path. Superb location to explore all that Brixham has to offer, yet well appointed and romantic to lure you back to relax and just be.

Berry Head Farm Cottage

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

LazyDaze shepherds hut is located in the beautiful harbourside town of Brixham, part of the English Riviera. Our cosy hut is the perfect getaway to unwind beside the warm glow of the traditional log burner or relax while looking at the stars in our secluded hot tub. The hut has been expertly handcrafted from sustainably sourced cedar wood. Your private bathroom is a few steps away with your own access to the side of the main house.
