Beachfront Condo With Private Rooftop Terrace

Take in sweeping ocean and sunset views from the 3rd floor of this corner property, with even better vistas to be had from the wicker chairs on the terrace. After a dip in the pool, rinse off under the rain shower in a twin-vanity bathroom. Direct oceanfront with great surfing right in front and located in the center of Jaco where you can easily walk to all of Jaco's shops and restaurants. Please no party groups and strict no guest policy. Taxi's into town are just $2-3, or you can easily walk/bycycle. No guest policy, maximum 4 people.

Beautiful condo with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms! Right on the beach in a secure gated condo community. The kitchen has a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. At the beach you can look for sloths, lizards, parrots, & more. The pools are amazing! The condo is located 19 miles from Jaco & 21 miles from beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park.
