The property has a very spacious kitchen and lounge\dining areas, with a safe small enclosed courtyard garden for outside dinning. The property has parking within the courtyard area.

A fab rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane smugglers hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.
