This beautifully appointed basement apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a cozy bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. Plan the perfect date in this romantic studio space perfect for spa lovers. one flight downstairs in our shared home, with private entry! Located in a relaxed and quiet neighborhood in Queens. This basement unit is always romantically set up, best for couples celebrating a special occasion. (No events no visits allowed) It's definitely one of the most romantic Airbnbs in the area! with its own private hot tub you can use for 2 hours 10pm to 12am. Please read section “other details to note”.

Vintage living.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Active family lives on the second floor who sleeps early. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am are extremely important for us. No visits allowed.
