Naturnahes & stilvolles Wohnen im alten Bauernhaus

Die Wohnung liegt im kleinen Ortsteil Karsau, der zu Rheinfelden (Baden) gehört. In einem fast 200 Jahre alten Bauernhaus mit Blick auf unsere Hoftiere (Pferde/Schafe/Katze/Hund/Hühner) könnt Ihr wunderbar entspannen. Basel ist mit dem Auto/Zug in 20 min zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Beuggen liegt in Laufnähe (1,5km). Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz und auch der Wald mit schönen Spazier- und Fahrradstrecken liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Nice and calm apartment!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Pfaffenberg ist ein kleines Dorf auf 700 ü.M. oberhalb des Wiesentals mit Nähe zur Schweiz und Frankreich. Unser Schwarzwaldhaus mit Südlage bietet bis zu drei Gästen einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Das Dreiländereck ermöglicht eine Vielzahl an kulturellen und sportlichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ich bin selbst bereits viel gereist, spreche gut Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und etwas Italienisch und freue mich immer sehr über Gäste aus nah und fern.

Das Chalet/Holzhaus mit großem Dachüberstand, Wintergarten und Balkon in Richtung Weiher stellt 65m² in 3,5 Zimmern zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht Alpensicht.

The holiday apartment is modernly furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its location, it's pleasantly cool in summer, while a fireplace provides cozy warmth in winter. The adjoining garden is also a lovely place to unwind. Sleeping options include a comfortable box-spring bed and a Murphy bed.

Our small house (built in 2012, awarded the Baden-Württemberg state prize for exemplary construction) is located in an old farmhouse garden in a quiet village. The furnishings are simple so that you can truly enjoy the beauty of the house and garden. We have therefore deliberately chosen not to include a television.
