Die Villa Kersdorf liegt auf einem weitläufigen, idyllischen, sehr gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz - umgeben von Wäldern und Wasser. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

The architect of the building itself is Eduard Knoblauch, and its traditional spirit has been brought back to life after an extensive renovation. Our 220sqm house was build by famous architect Werner March. It is situated in Berlins wealthy Westend, which is part of Charlottenburg. It is central but rural and situated next to a huge natural reserve where you can enjoy your walk.
