In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und auch der Liegeplatz im Wohnraum zum Fernseh schauen, hat uns gut gefallen

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Хорошее жилье в хорошем месте. Все как описано на сайте. В соседнем доме есть магазин для рыбалки и подводной охоты , что для меня было дополнительным преимуществом. Из минусов проблемы с интернетом. Христос откликнулся на эту проблему и заменил оборудование, но низкая скорость от провайдера не давала возможности комфортно пользоваться интернетом. И мобильный интернет к сожалению в этом месте тоже очень плохой. Если это не является проблемой, то квартира Христова это отличный вариант, особенно для большой компании.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

Z eno besedo PERFEKCIJA. Še lepše in boljše, kot smo pričakovali. Lokacija je TOP. Čez dan dosti sence. Vstop v vodo čisto super, voda božanska. Zvečer na prečudoviti terasi slišiš samo šumenje valov, ki dobesedno padajo v hišo in prav slišiš tudi kamenčke, kako drug z drugim izmenjujejo svoja mesta. Mir, tišina, stran od vrveža ter vseeno blizu trgovin z živili, gostiln in lokalov. Domačini izredno prijazni. Skratka z eno besedo RAJ. Razgleda s terase na egejsko morje se nismo mogli zadosti nagledati. Odpočili smo si telo in dušo. Naredili smo dolgo pot, ampak se je izplačalo. Vsekakor bomo še prišli....

Recomand cu mara încredere pe Yannis, care a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am inchiriat o casa potrivită pentru două familii cu copii mari. Locația arata ca in descriere, casa este dotată cu tot ce-i precizat si pe site, in plus gazda ne-a oferit numeroase informații despre plaje, magazine, locuri unde putem servi masa, atractii turistice , etc. Este o zona liniștită la 5 minute de plajă. Cu adevărat Yannis este o super gazdă! Știu că abia am plecat dar suntem nerăbdători să revenim.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Super ruhig, außer wenn der Poolreiniger tagsüber immer wieder stundenlang läuft. Das ist zu laut, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Im Bad sollte man eine andere Lösung finden, da das Wasser der offenen Dusche sich fast im ganzen Badezimmer verteilt und auch unter der Duschwand rausläuft. Sind nur Schönheitsfehler. Ansonsten wahnsinnig entspannend, top Gastgeber und alles da, was man braucht. Danke für den schönen entspannten Aufenthalt

The house was everythin we wanted. Big, clean, had a barbecue, nice quite place with a view at the sea. Would recommend

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Giorgos is a great host and takes very good care of his guests and their wellbeing. He helps with restaurant tips and activities that can be done in the area and Chalkidiki region.

Mulțumesc mult pentru frumoasa noastră vacanță în Grecia!Villa arată exact ca în poze,ba chiar mai frumoasa.Era foarte curat și plăcut cu toate cele necesare,bazinul perfect pentru copii cu scări ,alături o terasă frumoasă ,curtea îngrijită,seara erau lumini peste tot,Stăpânul foarte plăcut și amabil,ne-a recomandat restaurante unde se gătește gustos și plaje frumoase.Prin apropiere sunt plaje frumoase(Eldoris,MareNostra,Cabana beach,Mamalouka)cu apa curată și cristalină ,plaje cu nisip și cu pietricele,noi am călătorit tot brațul kassandra. La 12 km este market Lidl și marketul Masoutis unde am găsit toate necesare la preț accesibil.Suntem foarte mulțumiți și neapărat vom reveni la această villa frumoasă! Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

We stayed at two different suites but this will apply to both. Amazing rooms and more luxury than even I expected and our expectations were high. Beautiful property, attention to detail, pools in pretty much every suite. Immaculately kept. Unbelievable views, food was amazing and drinks, snacks. This really is premium accommodation and worth every penny. The hosts of the family run business were extremely helpful and went over and above to make our stay literally perfect. Having a 11 month old with us as well was no problem as all facilities were provided upon request and before we even checked in. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay in Polihrono with our two kids, and this place was perfect for our family! The flat was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was great, close to the beach and local amenities, making it convenient to explore the area. Our host was absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had. They made us feel truly welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with kids. We can't wait to come back again!

We had a great vacation here. The only thing that wasn't so great was the internet connection. Also on the last night of our stay there were some problems with the electricity due to the storm and rain. Everything else was just fine.

Iliana's place is very pleasant. The house is situated in a gated complex with a very nice beach, surrounded by lots of trees providing natural shades. The place is excellent for a peaceful vacation away from the crowds.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit dem Garten von beiden Seiten. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, trotzallem sehr ruhig. Wir können Yoana nur weiterempfehlen. Im Kühlschrank war eine Flasche Wein die wir beim Grillabend genossen haben.

Makis hat unsere kleinsten Ansprüche und Wünsche erfüllt und so hat unser Urlaub erleichtert. Er ist freundlich,ruhig und hat wichtigeRatschläge und Empfehlungen für jeden. sein Aparthotel werden wir nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand vor seinem Haus war der beste von allen in Sithonia.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

We really enjoyed staying at Eva’s place - it’s really close to the beach and to all the nice places to grab a bite in Toroni (and Eva gave recommendations!). The place is peaceful and has a big porch with a place for leisure with a garden, which is also really nice. Eva and her family were all really nice and helpful and the stay overall was great. Recommend it for a quiet calm getaway with the option to go to great beaches nearby!
