Amazing beach house

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

Three small houses overlooking the sea and in nature expect you and your friends to spend an unforgettable summer vacation ... On the verandas of the houses you will undisturbed the tranquility of the sunset, facing the gulf of Sykia and the imposing view of Mount Athos.In the picturesque harbor you can cool in the crystal clear waters and taste seafood delicacies in the traditional taverns. With your good mood, you can visit nearby organized beaches, walking or with your vehicle.

Sea View Loft

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.
