Our beautiful, bright and spacious colonial home is unique with its chickens and ducks that you can feed and take their eggs daily to eat. This 3 bedroom/ 1 bath home on 6.5 acres is perfect for a family wanting to get into nature and escape the busy world. Walk the beautiful trail of the wooded backyard to find birds, deer & sometimes turtles. We live in our house when we aren’t traveling for work. Please respect our house and treat it as your own. Your family will be close to everything at our home in the Eastern corner of Tennessee. It is centrally located to Sevierville, Bristol, Knoxville and Johnson City. Cherokee Lake and Holston River are within minutes if you like to fish or boat. Hiking, kayaking and other nature activity is all around us here in Tennessee. Virginia and North Carolina are just a short driving distance also. But if you’re simply looking for a place to unwind and relax then our home is the place for you!

Belton Retreat is a 420 acre vacation destination. Sit in a front porch rocker while overlooking fields and a farm pond. Catch a glimpse of deer and turkey. Go for a hike on 10 mi. of trails thru mature hardwood forest. We have 4 ponds, a creek and numerous streams. This is a working farm so we are always doing farmsy stuff. Belton Retreat is far more than a home to rent, this get-away is an experience you’ll want to enjoy again!
