A wonderful little cabin built around energy efficiency. It's a single bedroom cabin with a queen bed and couch for up to 3 people. The place is very private and has a porch to appreciate the outdoors. The cabin is heated with either a small EPA approved wood stove or propane heater. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

The Taliaferro Loft Farm Retreat

Looking for a fun-filled vacation but want to come back to peace & quiet? This is the place! Our barn is situated on 68 beautiful rolling acres. Relax on the porch & enjoy views of the Smoky Mountains and Fort Loudon Lake. Kids can enjoy the playground and the walking trail. Feel free to feed the horses carrots and the sheep apples. New clean barn with a private condo located above the horse stables.

Hillview House

This 815 square foot home built in 1945 has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, trails, 3.5 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville.
