Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Vila Ana

This beautiful house is situated in a peaceful environment of beautiful nature. The interior is simply and functionally decorated. The exterior, besides the pool, the barbecue and additional facilities, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The vicinity of the river will provide you further refreshment as well as the feeling of reunion with nature and total relaxation.If you want a night life or just walks through the city, Split and Stobrec as well as the beaches are very close.

Delux holiday home with swimming pool, situated on a hilly terrain in the small place Kucine, 5 minutes from Split, has a panoramic view on the sea and the area. The plot is hidden from views and has its own access road leading to the automated gate. The house comprises three storeys with 2 spacious terraces. There are 3 outdoor dining spaces and one of them is on third spacious terrace that is connected with bocce field. On the ground floor there is a large living room, ideal for socializing.

Newly renovated old - traditional stone house, 10 km far from Split, located on the hill in a small part of village Klis, right next to the state road connecting Split with the A1 Motorway. On 900 m2 of yard and 100m2 of house, you can enjoy 40m2 of heated pool and 5m2 massage tub, 60m2 football arena, 2 outdoor barbecues and dining areas and free wifi in all areas.
