Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Uživajte sa svojom obitelji u ovom novom modernom smještaju. Apartman Lilly je toplo i mirno mjesto za odmor. Nalazi se u mirnom dijelu grada. Centar Splita je 15 min. automobilom. Od apartmana do prve plaže je 3 min. automobilom ili 20 min. šetnjom uz prekrasnu rijeku. Trgovina se nalazi 50m. od smještaja, a restorani 2km. Apartman je skroz novi u prizemlju i u njemu je ugodno boraviti. Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe, kuhinje, kupaonice, dnevnog boravka i terase. Parking je gratis.

Cities like Omiš, Trogir and Makarska and beautiful beaches are all very near and approachable, especially if you are travelling with a car.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

From the parking space, the house can be easily accessed for all types of guests. Villa Callista is fully furnished with personalized A/C and heating throughout the entire house

There are a lot of restaurants, sports content and all other activities that you can imagine! Nature around the house is amazing and one of a kind.
