Authentic mediteran stone house with big heated Pool (30m2 with jacuzzi bench) in village near Zadar. Total area of land is 300m2 with private parking, garden,big heated pool,6 wooden sunbed and two big terasses with lounge .For fun there is billiard,table tenis,goal for fotball, picado. House is located in small village away from city noise. It has a beautiful open view on the nature and mauntines. You can enjoj at complete privacy. House is souranden by fields and you can see domestic animals

Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

More than 100 years old stone house renovated in 2012,is located in the village of Donji Zemunik, about 14 km. east of Zadar. House for 10 persons : about 150 m2 on two floors, nice garden with heating swiming pool ideal for family holiday. We have domestic animals since recently in our estate. Children can ride a pony,take a fresh eggs or feed the animals. In our neighborhood from this year we have the equestrian club Equo. We can organize riding lessons, riding school and field riding.
