The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

This beutiful secluded 5-bedroom villa with an outdoor pool (43m2) is located in Konavle, Dubrovnik's countryside. This house was originally built in 16th century and renovated in 2017. The house (250m2) is luxuriously equipped and air-conditioned. Besides 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, there is a modern kitchen, two dining areas, a living room with a piano and a fireplace. Some of the facilities are 6 smart TVs (satellite), free Wi-Fi, free parking places in front of the house.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
