The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Een heerlijk rustig appartement, vlakbij het strand, station en centrum. Vanaf het terras zie je de zee! Twee minuten lopen en je bent op het strand. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang. Binnen is alles aanwezig; keuken, douche, wc, beddengoed, handdoeken, koffie, thee, shampoo. Tegenover het huis is een privé-garage voor uw auto. Het station is drie minuten lopen. Met de trein is het een korte rit naar Haarlem en Amsterdam. Kortom; ideaal voor een heerlijk korte of lange vakantie!

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. Alles binnen 5 minuutjes lopen (500m). Het appartement met eigen ingang biedt privacy en gratis parkeren. Uniek in Zandvoort. We hebben veel informatie over Zandvoort, de omgeving en de natuur. En een smart-tv met Netflix (just in case..). Buiten is een privépatio met zitje. Kom genieten!

Studio Dichtbij....alles in de buurt!

De studio bevindt zich in het rustige Zandvoort zuid op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en duinen. Onze gasten waarderen de perfecte ligging enorm. De studio is in 2023 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft een andere indeling gekregen. De comfortabele badkamer scheidt het woongedeelte van het slaapgedeelte wat meer privacy biedt.
