Ruralna kuća za odmor "Marija"

Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Outside, enjoy a fire pit and a private playground with zip line, trampoline, swings, boxing bag, and off-road go-kart — fun for both kids and adults. A perfect escape to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

Small and well equipped apartment is located in a building built in 2009 and is only a 5 minute walk to the city center, pedestrian zone. You have just 15 minutes on foot to the city park with castle. Also it's less than 10 minutes walk to the Međimurje Polytechnic and the Faculty of Teacher Education.
