Newborough, Anglesey. A recently renovated annexe to our main house, with its own separate entrance. Downstairs there is large sitting room with dining area. Patio doors open into the garden. There is also a bathroom and small open plan kitchen. A staircase leads upstairs to the spacious bedroom with ensuite shower room. The bedroom has a large picture window with panoramic views towards Snowdonia, Caernarfon, the Menai Strait and the Llyn Peninsula (not to mention our lovely garden!).
'The Retreat' Annex is a self contained space with 1 double bedroom, lounge area with sofa bed, bed chair and t.v. with shower room & toilet off. It has a fully furnished kitchenette diner with mini oven/grill, induction hob, microwave, kettle and fridge for self catering. Situated to the rear of our property, it has a comfortable outdoor seating area which is not overlooked.
