Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. Opposite is the warm and friendly village pub, The Cross Keys, and 200 yards away is the village green with off road parking provided in the car park opposite. The village is between junctions 52 & 53 off the A1M and is immediately accessible for Catterick Racecourse, Catterick Garrison and Richmond. Just 20 mins drive from Northallerton and Darlington.

Two of our rooms are now pet-friendly. We also offer the option to book all our rooms for celebrations.
