Ideally situated for the beautiful Forest of Bowland ( AONB); the coastal areas of Blackpool, St Anne's and Lytham. Lancaster is only 20 mins drive and the Lake District can be reached in just under an hour.

We are close to the coast and the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath.
