The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! The tiny house sits in a quiet corner on our family farm in North Cornwall, just over 2 miles from the coast. There is a cozy sauna with sea view available for hire on the farm.
