Simple Gifts

Simple Gifts is just that - a cozy, happy, modest home on one of the few original residential streets left over in the very center of Wimberley. It's no ritzy investment property and I LIVE in the house between "rents" (so please expect that), BUT it's lovely and I take a lot of pride in it. We are walking distance to ALL the central stuff, it's safe, cozy, clean, full of bright light, and we can fit your whole family! (photos of the second bedroom with the bunkbeds coming soon!)

Welcome to Double E Acres! Our carriage house is nestled on a beautiful gated farm in Hill Country. A great place to unwind and feel like you're away from it all while being just a short ten minute drive to shops and dining in downtown Wimberley. Pecan Star (on the Blanco River)

Cozy romantic cottage on a gently sloping yard on the beautiful Blanco River. View the stars in the amazing hot tub. There is an outdoor shower that I am improving upon regularly. Turkey and deer are frequent guests to the back yard. Sleep to the sounds of the river flowing by. Smart TV, full kitchen, charcoal grill, outside dining table and also visiting chairs....enjoy!
