Sip coffee made from freshly ground beans in the morning while enjoying the beautiful lake view from the living room sofa or the loungers on the patio. Light the fireplace for cozy mornings and evenings. The dining table on the patio gives you space for outdoor meals. Out in the rec room you'll find a huge sectional in front of a 75" TV, foosball, a shuffleboard table, a dart board, and table games.

Yoder's Catfish Cottage (Cozy Lakeside Cottage)

Cozy 3-bedroom (Adult only) cottage with amazing views of a quiet, no-wake Messick Lake. This is the perfect place to sit back and relax from your busy schedule. It is a small space ideal for no more than 4 people. A public access is available next door to launch a boat. This lake connects to two no-wake lakes and two sport lakes. Your agreement to the House Rules is required, under “Things to Know, House Rules and Additional Rules” must read.

Stone Cottage on Kerr Island

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.
