bagus bangetttt tempatnya benar benar senyaman di rumah sendiri, fasilitasnya sangat lengkap sangat dilayani dengan baik next time bakal kesini lagi

Rumah bersih, tenang, fasilitas lengkap, keamanan terjaga, ac dingin dapat Kipas Angin juga, alat masak lengkap, alat makan lengkap kami ber 5, dan sangat lowong sekali. recomended sekali. sebenarnya bukan hanya 5 orang, rumah ini bisa menampung sampai 10 orang krn disediakan karpet juga. Mungkin ada yang pengen kedekatan dengan keluarga dibandingkan dengan hotel, ini jauh lebih nyaman.

Tempat yang bagus di Surabaya.. Agak jauh dari jalanan sehingga harus menggunakan kendaraan untuk pergi kemana-mana

Kawasan strategis, lingkungan aman dan rumah mudah ditemukan Mungkin beberapa catatan saja utk tuan rumah: selimutnya terlalu tipis mungkin bs diganti dan kurang cocok selimutnya ‘jadi selimut’, bagian belakang rumah toilet diluar kurang terawat dan halamannya dan saat akan menggunakan mesin cuci ada kadal dan terakhir hordennya terlalu tipis. Mungkin bs diganti dgn horden yg tebal bahannya tp tetap estetik

sangat direkomendasikan bagi yang ingin menginap didaerah sidoarjo serta menginginkan tempat yg tenang makan azka home merupakan pilihan yang tepat apalagi yang suka jalan kaki dan jogging pagi, tempat ini sangat cocok.

Sangat cocok untuk mobil sedang dan kecil lokasi strategis dekat masjid dan tempat makan

I came 2 Indonesia as a guest 4 my friends wedding and don't know anyone else here. people in Surabaya r extremely polite and friendly. room had huge issues. 14cm pot good enough 4 boiling 2 eggs, and it would trip the electrical circuits every 20 min. host told me 2 turn off everything, so I had to cook in the dark. AC is ancient and after a few hours will wake you up with horrendous noises. host needs 2 buy a new AC and upgrade his electrical loading. when I complained 2 him he said there is nothing wrong. when I saw him in the lobby he ran away and hid in the disabled bathroom. when I asked 4 key back he refused and prefered 4 me 2 make a complaint 2 police. host has no manners and no experience and is afraid 2 meet 2 resolve issues. kept saying "I'll be there in 30 minutes". after an hour I gave up and moved to another unit. experience this property 4 yourself. if u don't mind hair in the bathroom , a noisy AC and a kitchenette operational only in the dark. buyer be ware.

The room is clean and the location is perfect, right above the mall. Very recommended for staycation

Super menyenangkan menginap di apartemen Kak Athisa, 10/10 would revisit dan rekomen ke orang lain. Sempat ada masalah soal bidet kamar mandi, tapi nggak jadi masalah dan Kak Athisa super helpful sejak awal check-in sampai proses check-out.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean, fully furnished, and had complete facilities, everything I needed was there. It really felt like a home away from home. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ke dua kali nginap disini. Sbnrnya over all apt ini bersih tetapi khusus unit ini kami menemukan bnyk anak kecoak dan ada bau got di area dapur.

Apartemen masih baruuuu (literally, satu gedong apartemen masih baru). Kurang hairdryer aja. Selain itu, semua ok, dapet free indomie pula. Harga agak mahal kalau mau dibanding hotel bintang 4, kalau bisa dikurangi lagi. Overall, cocok buat yg rame2 mau staycation/party di kamar.

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏
